Residences on Main was designed and planned as 96 thoughtfully crafted residential units set in an elaborate six-story building. Because the project was to be on Main Street, in what is perhaps the city's most cherished downtown area, it is an example of Catclar Investment's ability to work with the entire spectrum of city officials and the surrounding neighborhood to bring a challenging plan to approval.

 

Both this project and its sister project, Main Street Mews, were purchased with building permits by Toll Brothers, one of the largest residential and community developers in the country.
