Mayor Jim Lane and members of Scottsdale Arts' Public Art Division were on hand for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the addition of various public art installations at SOHO Phase I.

SOHO Scottsdale's Grand Opening was a Grand Affair with beautiful cars, beautiful models and beautiful guests, including several members of the Scottsdale City Council.
